If you decide to convert your winnings into BIDS you will not have to make any payment, the BIDS will be immediately credited to your account and will be immediately available to be used on any Bid4Penny auction.
The conversion into BIDS is calculated as follows: the auction price is subtracted from the value of the product, the value thus obtained is divided by 0.20 (the cost of a BID).

All auctions will start at 09:00 and those not concluded will be paused at 24:00. The paused auctions will resume at 09:00 the following day.

An auction closes when the auction timer reaches zero and there is no bid by any other user. When the Timer expires, you will not be able to place any BIDS.

To get your product you just have to pay the auction price plus shipping costs and confirm your shipping address.

To carry out this procedure you will have to click on the "Confirm" button, choose between the two options proposed (buy the won product or convert it into BIDS) and follow the instructions. Once this is done you will receive an email confirming your payment. You can check the status of your shipment in your Personal Area in the Auctions Won section.

If you do not receive the product within 21 days please contact us.

You must pay and confirm the auction won within 30 days of closing.

If you do not pay and confirm the auction within 30 days, the auction win will be cancelled.

The timer of an auction increases every time a user place aBID; this happens to allow other users to be able to place their own BID.

The timer time varies according to the auction, it can vary and increase between 5 and 30 seconds. The duration of the timer is indicated in the detail of each auction.

The exclusive"BuyNow"serviceallows you to buy your favorite product at the sale price even if you have not won the Auction.

By making the BUY NOW, you will therefore purchase the product that you did not win at auction and you will be returned all the BIDS used in the auction itself.

Enter your My Account Area and go to the Auctions Won section, you will see all the auctions you have won with the relative details.

You can place your BIDS in two simple ways:

By clicking on the "BID NOW" button and your username will be displayed as the last bidder.

By clicking on the Auto Puntata. The AutoBid is a tool that allows you to place BID in auctions even when you are not in front of the Bid4Pennysite.

Once set, the Auto Bid will automatically place BIDS for you in the last seconds of the auction timer.

By setting it up you will participate in a safer way in the auctions of your interest, as you will never risk losing the auction if you get distracted or due to problems with your internet connection.

On average, shipping times do not exceed 3 working days, but may vary depending on the availability of our suppliers. If you have not received your product within 21 working days please contact our Customer Service to resolve the issue.

You can check the status of the shipment directly from your MyAccount Area, by clicking on the Auctions Won section or Buy NOW.

Here you can see the shipping status of your product and learn about useful information such as the courier in charge of delivery and the tracking code

The user can return a product, within 14 days from the date of delivery, in case he is not satisfied. Bid4Penny,once the condition of the returned product has been verified, will refund the cost of purchasing the product.

Important:

In case of Auction won, Bid4Penny will only refund the Auction Price at which the product was awarded excluding the expense of BIDS and shipping costs.

In the event that the user decides to return a product purchased with the Buy Now,having acquired in the same order also the BIDS, he must return both the product in the same conditions in which he received it and also all the BIDS received in the relative order. In the event that the user is no longer in possession in his balance BIDS of the total number of BIDS received in the purchase he intends to return, he will not be able to make the return, because it will be considered incomplete. The user will be able to make the return when he has restored his stake balance and will be able to return the BIDS obtained with the relative purchase, always within 14 days from the date on which he received the product.

To make a return contact customer support specifying:

• Your Username.
• The Auction ID.

Only after receiving instructions from Customer Service can you follow up the return procedure.

To change your Password enter the MyAccount personal area, click on the Settings section and finally on Your Password.

To change emails instead click on the Settings section and then on your email.

To subscribe or unsubscribe from the Bid4Penny Newsletter service, enter the MyAccount area, click on the Settings section and finally on Newsletter.

In addition, to interrupt the service, you can unsubscribe from the Newsletter by clicking on the unsubscribe link or unsubscribe that you find in the banner at the bottom of the email.

Before deleting your Bid4Penny account contact us: we will do our best to solve your problems and ensure a better experience.

Otherwise, to cancel your Bid4Penny Account please contact our Customer Service department who will delete your account.

When the account is deleted, you will receive a confirmation email.
